What we collect

From the waitlist form: parent/guardian name, email, phone; student's first name only and age band; what you are interested in; an optional weekend and note. Joining the waitlist does not charge you.

How we use it

To reply about the waitlist, run Cobot Courses or a workshop when a date is confirmed, keep students safe, and communicate about those programs. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Processors

Form submissions are delivered via Formspree.

Children's privacy

A parent or guardian supplies all information about a child. For a child under 13, that information is provided and managed by the parent or guardian only. We do not collect it directly from children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 without parent or guardian involvement. The waitlist asks only for a student's first name and age band. A parent or guardian can ask to review or delete that information by emailing hello@hexkitacademy.com or calling (949) 414-4022.

If a sign-up cannot be sent right away, it may be kept temporarily in your own browser on your device and sent the next time you visit, and then removed.

Your rights (California)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@hexkitacademy.com or calling (949) 414-4022. We will respond within 45 days.

Retention

We keep waitlist notes only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete them on request.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-QQBZXX2JE0) and Vercel Analytics. Google Analytics 4 is Google's website measurement tool. Vercel Analytics is Vercel's website measurement tool. Both collect usage data such as pages visited and device and browser information. You can opt out with your browser's controls, including settings or extensions that block analytics cookies or scripts. For Google Analytics, you can also use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
